FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions
FAQ
Will you be able to handle my project?
In short, yes! Of course you should contact us first and discuss the project with one of our project managers. This will give us an overview of the technology and skills that will be needed to complete your project.
Is the price you will give me final?
If, from your side, there will be no requests for changes in the specification of the project after we have started to develop it, the price that we have agreed upon is valid. If there will be requests for changes while the development is in progress, we will calculate if there are price variations but we will never increase the prices without consulting with you first!
What if I cancel the project?
The customer may, at any time, decide to cancel the project. Our payment system provides for a small percentage payment in advance, which is made during the in-depth analysis of the project, and then a payment each time a milestone is reached. If the project is cancelled between two milestones, half of the value of the next milestone is retained.
What if I want a refund?
Since the client is involved in the project at each milestone and it is his task to evaluate our performance at each milestone, it is possible to have the last payment of a milestone refunded for objective reasons. The reimbursement must be requested within 5 business days after payment of the milestone.
What is a milestone?
In a nutshell, one of the steps specified by our mutually agreed contract. To give a practical example, a milestone could be something like “Creation and approval of the website graphic design”. In this example, once the graphic design of the website is approved by the client, the milestone has been reached and the milestone payment is due.
Who owns the intellectual property of what you develop?
It’s very straight forward: by default the IP and copyrights of what we develop are owned by the client. As simple as that.
